Shipping policy
This policy is applicable to domestic (USA) orders. This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store you accept the policies contained herein.
A. SHIPPING COSTS
- All orders made from the continental USA, with a minimum order of $50, will be shipped for free. They all will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Once an order is placed, the customer should receive it within 3-14 business days depending on the stock of item bought.
- Medical Gloves are excluded from the above. You will pay shipping for medical gloves based on weight an the method of shipping you choose. The final cost of shipping will appear at the end of checkout. Please contact us if you have any questions.
B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME DOMESTICALLY
- In general, shipments are in transit for 5 – 8 days (Monday to Friday).
- Order cut off time will be 05:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York)
- Order handling time is 1 - 3 business day (Monday to Friday).
C. CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at mail@adsdentalmedical.com.
D. CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
E. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
